Reaching the place is a challenge. The room was a bit outdated, with evidence of wear and tear like water stains in the bathroom. There's no reception area, which makes things feel unorganized, and with no staff on hand, you’re left to rely on WhatsApp for assistance. Lastly, the presence of a large, unattended gun near the room raises some safety concerns.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Puri Uluwatu Villas, where the serene environment made me feel right at home. The traditional Balinese-style rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, and the stunning views of the ocean were breathtaking. The staff were attentive, treating me like family with warm smiles and helpful recommendations.

Delightful experience with unexpected visitors—monkeys swinging by in the morning! The communal kitchen offered convenience for snacks. Nearby 'Ours Home' restaurant served delicious meals, especially the Wolf Blass sauvignon blanc. Note, Access via the jungle path is best by day. Bring a flashlight for evening strolls!

The room was so spacious and comfy, filled with beautiful Balinese decor. I loved the ocean view from the balcony—it made morning coffee feel special! The bathroom was functional, which was a plus. Plus, I appreciated having access to a communal kitchen to prepare meals. Just keep in mind, soundproofing could've been better, but overall, it was a nice stay!

We loved the beautiful setting overlooking the surfing beach, making it easy to soak in the ocean views. The kids enjoyed the nearby surf village, and we experienced incredible moments watching monkeys play in the lush surroundings each morning.

For dads, it would be great if there were more dining options nearby.

A private path leads directly to a nearby surf beach, while the lush grounds are alive with butterflies and playful monkeys, especially at sunrise. Although the location is somewhat tricky to find, it offers easy access to local shopping and restaurants, with a fantastic mini market just a short walk away. Dining options are limited on-site, but nearby restaurants like Ours Home are highly recommended for great food and wine.

I had an amazing stay! The private entrance to the beach was perfect, and I loved my room with ocean views, though it could use better soundproofing.
